  • Should be passed A/L Exam
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Past experiences
    • Call center or customer relationship
    • HR assistant
    • Administrative assistant
    • Field staff coordination
  • Good command in English & Sinhala
  • Computer literacy
  • Age below 35 years
