As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as the Principal-SATS.
What you need to do
- Provide leadership and direction to faculty and staff to achieve the school's educational goals.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans and instructional strategies to meet the needs of students and industry requirements.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure programs remain relevant and up-to-date with industry trends.
- Monitor student progress and implement interventions as needed to support student learning and achievement.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management for the school.
What we are looking for
- Professional Certification & Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Auto Mechanical Engineering, Education, or related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the automobile technical industry or technical education sector.
- Strong understanding of automotive technology and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design principles.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in technical education.
