Currently, we are seeking applications for:
- ACCOUNTS
- Income Auditor
REQUIREMENTS
- Verifying all revenue transactions, including room, food and beverage, banquets, and spa revenue, to ensure they are correctly recorded and accounted for.
- Reconciling records from different sources, such as front desk, point-of-sale systems, and other revenue-generating departments, to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue and expenses, including discrepancy reports, to management for review.
- Maintaining financial controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Investigating and resolving any identified discrepancies or errors in revenue transactions.
- Working with other departments, such as front desk, food and beverage, and accounting, to ensure accurate and timely processing of revenue transactions.
- Supporting financial audits and assisting with internal audit procedures.
- Monitoring key financial indicators, analyzing revenue trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
