SALON MANAGER
Creative Cosmetics is a group of companies associated with CUCCIO INTERNATIONAL (USA), a luxury spa product brand supplied to professional beauty salons in Sri Lanka.
We operate a chain of professional nail salons under the NAILSPA by CUCCIO brand, with locations at prominent venues including Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel, NH Collection Hotel, ODELS – Colombo 7, One Galle Face Mall, Havelock City Mall, and Colombo City Centre Mall.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Salon Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer appointments.
- Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Handling administration and HR functions for the salon staff.
- Managing banking and financial transactions.
- Overseeing customer care and service standards.
- Conducting product stock taking for the salon.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Responsible individual, preferably above 35 years of age (retired individuals are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Confident, self-motivated, with a pleasing and professional personality.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Previous experience in a salon management role is an advantage.
