Senior Supply Chain Analyst
Location:
Colombo, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close jobs in line with SOPs, monitor unbilled files, and support accurate month-end financial closures through job reviews and WIP/accrual inputs.
- Prepare weekly reports on job status, lead follow-ups with branches, and handle job reopening processes as needed.
- Act as the coordination point between Finance and Operations for audits, supporting documentation, and resolving queries.
- Identify and support efficiency improvements across teams, including SOP implementation and development of BI dashboards.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal teams to drive process alignment and reporting accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with key tools
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
