Villa Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and hands-on Villa Manager to lead the operations of our intimate and exclusive luxury property, Uga Hallowella.
This unique leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional thrives on delivering bespoke service, managing day-to-day operations with finesse, and curating elevated guest experiences. As the face of the villa, your attention to detail, operational excellence, and warm presence will ensure each guest feels genuinely cared for from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the villa to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
- Lead and motivate the villa team, fostering a culture of service excellence and professionalism.
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal.
- Handle guest relations with a highly personalized approach, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
- Manage villa budgets, procurement, inventory, and cost controls effectively.
- Coordinate with head office and other departments to align operational strategies and uphold brand standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury hotel, boutique resort, or private villa setting.
- Strong operational knowledge across front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage functions.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized, high-end service experiences with a guest-first mindset.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality management qualification from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
- Monitor feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
