Head of Operations
(Industrial Engineering Department)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Align marketing and operational strategies to fuel business growth and product innovation.
- Expand and oversee ELGI air compressor, chemical, and lubricant operations while ensuring high-performance standards.
- Lead and mentor a results-driven team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and elevate quality benchmarks.
- Engage with key stakeholders to align business goals and present performance insights.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategies in order to deliver targets on a monthly basis.
Personal Profile & Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Marketing/Business (MBA preferred).
- A minimum of five years of experience in operations leadership, ideally within industrial engineering or the lubricants or chemical industries.
- Proven expertise in market analysis and dealer network management.
- Strategic mindset with strong team leadership and financial acumen.
