Silver Sands is the leading company that provides dive, water sports and excursions in the Maldives, offering its services to 15 luxury resorts in the Maldives.
SURF INSTRUCTOR (MALE)
We are seeking an experienced Surf Instructor who shares our dedication to excellence and a passion for crafting memorable guest experiences. As part of a diverse and dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, award-winning service to our valued guests.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading ISA courses at all levels with a professional, friendly approach, ensuring full compliance with standards and regulations.
- Managing the reception, handling guest reservations, surf registrations.
- Ensuring all equipment is prepared for students and surfers before guest arrivals.
- Providing and facilitating for the sale of water sports and diving promotional materials, dive and water sports equipment.
- Assisting in other activities organized and operated by the Dive and Water Sports Centre.
- Ensure compliance with ISA safety regulations, local and international diving standards.
REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION
- Proficient in English, additional languages (French, German or Spanish) are a plus.
- ISA certified Surf Instructor or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a surf professional.
- Well-groomed and eager to learn and engage in activities such as water sports.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and approachable.
- Sales-driven with a strong guest-oriented focus.
