EXECUTIVE/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE - RISK

Role Accountabilities
- Identify potential risks & process enhancements and propose process optimization / risk mitigation actions.
- Conduct audits on processes / Head office level departments to identify internal controls and process weaknesses.
- Conduct investigations as and when required.
- Implementing the company strategy with Head of Risk for risk management and establishing the risk tolerance limits.
- Analyzing and continuously improving the company risk management policies in line with the latest market developments and regulations.
- Update the management team on the potential credit, market, Liquidity and operational risks for the company and implement relevant mitigative strategies in collaboration with all the departments.
- Play an active role in strategy setting and corporate planning in liaising with the top management, Board of directors, shareholders, customers and other stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- A degree in Banking, Finance, Management, Mathematics, or Statistics (a Master’s degree will be a plus), OR
- Full or part professional qualifications in banking and finance (IABF/DABF), CIMA, or FRM.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector, focusing on risk management.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written in English).
- Proficiency in MS Office, with good report writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
