Client Services Admin Officer

  • 1-2 years experience
  • Excellent Speaking and Writing Skills in English
  • MUST have XERO XPM & ATO Accounting Software Experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office with knowledge in Excel
  • Please don’t apply if you don’t have XERO XPM Accounting Software & ATO Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Operations team by attending to client service and administrative requirements
  • Oversight of ATO communication list and draft client emails as required – Australian Tax Office (ATO) Portal & ATO Mate.
  • ASIC Management – check ASIC annual reviews
  • Attends to daily allocated administrative tasks allocated via FYI
  • Ad-hoc project work
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
