Job profile
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in English Language (Speaking/Writing)
- Strong communication skills and administrative skills
- Maintain records, follow-up on tasks, and prepare reports as required.
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks and support executive functions
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned activities
- Discretion, trustworthiness and attention to detail are essential.
- A professional and courteous attitude, with a proactive mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
