  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Should have the professional phone etiquette.
  • Highest level of integrity, honesty, and ability to maintain strictest confidentiality.
  • Should possess a professional attitude and be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • Outstanding and pleasant personality.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate with HR department on candidates attending job interviews and maintain strictest confidentiality of candidate information.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and follow the professional etiquette.
