Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Should have the professional phone etiquette.
- Highest level of integrity, honesty, and ability to maintain strictest confidentiality.
- Should possess a professional attitude and be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Outstanding and pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (both written and verbal).
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate with HR department on candidates attending job interviews and maintain strictest confidentiality of candidate information.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and follow the professional etiquette.
