Job Profile

The job holder will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the Company's Annual Report and ensuring the timely completion of other reporting requirements. Additionally, will support the compilation of award applications for key national and international awards programs in which the Company participates.

Key responsibilities

  • Function as a member of the core team in Annual Report preparation process of the Company, including
    • Gathering required information by coordinating with internal departments as well as external Annual Report Company to enrich the content of the Annual Report.
    • Complete the Annual Report translation process in a timely manner.
    • Support in the compilation of awards applications of the Company, to leading national and international award programs.
  • Preparation, review and submission of the Board Papers related to Finance Department.
  • Conducting financial analysis as required by the management including industry competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and other department to update PLC web timely manner to comply with CBSL requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or full/part qualification in related professional qualification or minimum 05-06 years working experience in related Company.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Sound writing skill will be an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
