Pattern Makers

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and pattern makers to translate garment designs into digital patterns using CAD/CAM (LECTRA) software.
- Assist in developing and modifying garment patterns based on design specifications and technical requirements.
- Digitize pattern pieces for cutting and production.
- Perform grading and marker making to ensure efficient fabric utilization and reduce material waste.
- Maintain high accuracy and precision in pattern digitization and grading.
- Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any CAD/CAM-related issues.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in pattern making, fashion technology, or garment manufacturing from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in LECTRA software for pattern making, grading, and marker making.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in jackets, pants, coveralls, and overalls.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and technical aspects of apparel production.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with 3D prototyping software will be considered an added advantage. Preferably Browzwear.
- Ability to communicate in English would be an added advantage.
