Intern — Human Resource

As the Intern — Human Resource, you will report to the Manager — Works HR. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading and supervising the Training department of Brandix Casualwear (Pvt) Ltd.
Responsibilities
- Assist in rolling out programs for staff and executive levels whilst monitoring results and adding value to the process
- Design, develop and coordinate development programs based on both the organizational and individual needs
- Source training facilitators/programs within allocated budgets whilst continuously assessing the return on investment
- Coordinate training related logistic arrangements and ensure a smooth execution of all training programs
- Analyze, study and present data gathered for decision-making and planning
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or a professional qualification in Human Resources/Business Management
- An excellent command of English and communication skills
- Ability to take on new challenges and scope of work
- Highly motivated, adaptable and a strong team player
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge in MS Office Packages
