The Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), established in 1970 and incorporated by an act of Parliament in 1980, is the apex body for Sri Lankan marketers. Purpose of the Role

The objective of this position is to develop and retain a membership base that is of value to the marketing fraternity whilst contributing to the growth of the Institute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attract eligible applicants to the SLIM Membership base.
  • Carry out productive retention campaigns for members.
  • Ensure on-time and accurate communications to the member base.
  • Actively engage in SLIM membership events & activities.
  • Handling the membership benefits programme.

Candidate Profile

  • GCE A/L with three passes.
  • Having part/full qualification in SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage.
  • Work experience of 01 - 02 years in marketing or in a coordinating/Administration role.
  • Previous experience in membership-driven work will be an added advantage.
  • An excellent command of the English Language.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Must be a strong team player who carries a high level of honesty and integrity.
  • Preferably age between 24 to 30 years.
