Customer Relation Officer- Airport PickUp Point

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend BIA arrival passenger transport inquiries and arrange pickup point vehicles quickly and efficiently.
  • Help passengers to load their luggage by providing quality and friendly customer service.
  • Drive Passengers from the Airport in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guide and supervise BIA driver partners and make sure pickup point vehicles are available all the time.
  • Maintain a smooth operation of the BIA Pickup Point.
  • Improve and develop several pickups from the BIA PickUp point and help generate revenue for the company.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Speaking multiple languages will be an added advantage.
  • Be able to follow instructions accurately.
  • Be able to work independently as part of a team.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Be able to work flexible hours on a shift basis.
