GENERAL MANAGER – THE PINNACLE ELLA
Overlooking the Ella Gap, The Pinnacle Ella is a boutique hotel that offers laid-back luxury, with jaw-dropping views, an infinity pool, great food, and warm hospitality. We are all about creating a space where guests can truly unwind, soak in the beauty around them, and feel completely at home.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations at The Pinnacle Ella. This is a senior leadership position responsible for delivering an exceptional guest journey, ensuring operational excellence, and cultivating a high-performing, service-oriented team. You will oversee every aspect of the property — from guest services, dining, and staffing to market expansion and budgets. You’ll work closely with the management, department heads, and the marketing team to ensure the highest standards are consistently met.
Your Profile
- 5+ years as a hotel manager or in a relevant role (ideally in boutique or luxury hotels).
- A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
- A good command of the English Language, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to maintain proper licensing and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing operations, budgets, and guest satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
