We are a leading pharmaceutical company based in Kalubowila on the lookout for a Receptionist/Admin Executive.

Duties:

  • Front Desk Management
  • Administrative Support
  • Calendar and Appointment Management
  • Travel and Event Coordination
  • Document & Data Management
  • Office Maintenance and Organization
  • Support to HR department
  • Data Entry and Reporting
  • General Office Administration

Requirements

  • Additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ of work experience in similar role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in English (Sinhala & Tamil added advantage).
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
