Client Service Assistant

Join IYKONS, a leading professional services firm, as a Client Service Assistant and play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to manage client relationships, coordinate offshore operations, and contribute to a high-performing service team in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming client calls professionally and efficiently
  • Oversee offshore client management, including task assignment, coordination, and follow-up to ensure timely and quality outcomes
  • Manage client inquiries, concerns, and requests with a solution-oriented approach
  • Promote the company's IT and accounting services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Assist in resolving client complaints and escalate complex matters when necessary
  • Support the client service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive client service
  • Participate in client service improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Fluent in English and Tamil with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency in relevant customer service software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
