Client Service Assistant
Join IYKONS, a leading professional services firm, as a Client Service Assistant and play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to manage client relationships, coordinate offshore operations, and contribute to a high-performing service team in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client calls professionally and efficiently
- Oversee offshore client management, including task assignment, coordination, and follow-up to ensure timely and quality outcomes
- Manage client inquiries, concerns, and requests with a solution-oriented approach
- Promote the company's IT and accounting services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding issues
- Assist in resolving client complaints and escalate complex matters when necessary
- Support the client service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive client service
- Participate in client service improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Fluent in English and Tamil with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in relevant customer service software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
