Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and oversee our offshore operations. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, managing offshore business functions, and forging strong relationships with clients in both the IT and accounting sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's IT and accounting services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Represent IYKONS at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Collaborate with technical and accounting teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Oversee and manage offshore operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering high service standards to international clients

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role (minimum 5 years)
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Proven sales track record with demonstrable results
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Experience in managing offshore business functions is a plus
