Join Our Team: Digital Empowerment and Inclusion Advisor (Consultant)
- Location: Remote with in-person visits to selected organizations in Sri Lanka (Colombo and other regions)
- Duration: Contract-based
Hashtag Generation is seeking an experienced Digital Empowerment and Inclusion Advisor (Consultant) to conduct in-depth digital safety audits for four selected organizations in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital safety audits, provide tailored recommendations, and assist organizations in improving their digital safety measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Digital Safety Audits: Undertake in-person audits for selected organizations, assessing their digital infrastructure and practices, identifying vulnerabilities, and reviewing current levels of digital safety, digital empowerment and digital inclusion within those organizations (CSO sector).
- Develop Tailored Recommendations: Create actionable, context-specific digital safety, empowerment and inclusion solutions, prioritizing recommendations based on risk level and available budget.
- Provide Post-Audit Support: Assist organizations with implementing recommendations through follow-up meetings and ongoing guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in digital safety, digital empowerment, and digital inclusion, cybersecurity, system safety, and device safety audits.
- Proven ability to create tailored digital safety and empowerment cum inclusion solutions for organizations with varying needs.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details in simple, actionable terms.
