Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare sales reports and support budgeting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, front-of-house staff, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (Sinhala and/or Tamil is an added benefit).
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
