A REPUTED SWIMMING POOL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BASED IN NUGEGODA IS LOOKING FOR A QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements:
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying (NCT QS, HND, or equivalent), with a minimum of 2 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in MEP work will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis, and Cost Estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Should be able to travel to construction sites as required to take site measurements.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
