The Group is comprised with companies engaged in Restaurants and automobile industry in addition to destination management companies. There is an exciting opportunity exist in our group.

Personal Assistant cum HR Support

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role
  • Knowledge in HR related field specially personal files handling
  • Looking for dynamic personality
  • Knowledge of Office Management
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • G.C.E. A/L and related diploma in secretarial practice
  • Minimum three years’ experience in the similar capacity
  • Age below 45 years

The ideal candidate should be a team player, have positive interpersonal and excellent communication skills with the willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
