Role Description
This is a full time on site role for a Company Secretarial Assistant at Delight Accounting Solutions in Maharagama Branch. The Company Secretarial Assistant will be responsible to prepare all company incorporation and changed documents.
Qualifications
- Fully or Part qualification in CMA or Higher National Diploma in Management or HRM.
- Minimum of 1 year Experience in similar capacity.
- Strong Knowledge and understanding of Company Act and other related areas.
- Excellent communication (Sinhala & English) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work independently.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- Salary negotiable.
COMPANY SECRETARIAL TRAINEE - MAHARAGAMA BRANCH
Qualifications
- Completed GCE Advanced Level in Commerce Stream.
- AAT/CMA/HND part or fully Qualified.
- Following Diploma in Management or HRM.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft office packages, accounting software & good communication skills in English & Sinhala will be an added advantage.
