ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Trainee Executive / Executive - Internal Audit, you will play a key role in conducting branch audits including field visits, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures assessing risk and maintaining integrity of financial operations.
You will support the internal audit function through branch audits, field visits, customer verifications, and compliance assessments. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional looking to grow in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits of branches across the island
- Perform on-site customer visits and verification activities
- Identify risks and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare and submit audit reports with follow-up actions
- Assist the Head of Internal Audit in implementing the annual audit plan
Candidate Profile
- Male, age below 28 years.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services, microfinance, or a related industry
- G.C.E. A/L qualified
- Following a professional qualification such as AAT, CA Sri Lanka, or similar will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel extensively across the island.
