Responsibilities:
- Patient Greeting and Check-In: Ensure a welcoming environment by assisting patients with registration, updating information, and guiding them through required documentation.
- Effective Communication skills
- Billing and Payment Processing: Issue invoices, process payments, and provide seamless support for billing inquiries.
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate transaction logs and reconcile daily payment records to ensure financial accuracy.
- Reporting: Prepare end of the shift reporting
Qualifications:
- Education: GCE A/Ls
- Work experience in similar positions is an added advantage
- Skills and Competencies: Computer skills (General Knowledge to handle computer systems, Word/Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Gender: Male/Female candidates are welcome
