As we prepare to open our doors, we’re building a passionate team and we’re looking for an organised & proactive Accounts Executive to support our day-to-day operations.
ROLE
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and being a key support in a pre-opening hospitality business. You’ll manage accounting tasks, and support the leadership team to ensure the operations run smoothly & efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Handle accounts payable/receivable & bank reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, costing, reporting & cash flow tracking
- Liase with external accountant/book-keeper
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in an Accounts role (hospitality experience preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- High attention to detail
- A team player with a proactive & positive attitude
