We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual with a good set of leadership & technical skills to lead our team of Quantity Surveyors.
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – TEAM LEAD
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes, including RFQs, payment tracking, and coordination with procurement and finance teams.
- Prepare cost breakdowns, BOQs, and tenders aligned with project drawings and contractual terms.
- Conduct pre-costing analysis to ensure accurate budgeting in coordination with design and engineering teams.
- Handle IPA, variations, rate breakdowns, cost proposals, and joint measurements with subcontractors.
- Oversee subcontractor payments, ensuring accuracy in previous payments, deductions, and IPC preparation.
- Attend site meetings and collaborate with project teams to negotiate variations and maintain cost control.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying / IQSSL / HND / NCT QS or UGC Recognized Qualification.
- More than 5 years of experience in total Interior Projects, Furniture, Flooring, Ceiling, MEP and other interior works is a must.
- Thorough knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation and tendering process.
- Sound knowledge in AutoCAD and other quantity surveying related software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other software in Office package.
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills while having the attention to detail in all aspects of work.
