CALLING CHARTERED ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS – REGISTER WITH US FOR FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

Rotax Limited is inviting experienced and highly competent Chartered Electrical Engineers to register with us on a Part Time basis for upcoming projects across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical systems, including Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) switchboards (up to 33kV), lightning protection systems, power factor correction capacitors/banks, along with associated components for various applications.
  • Develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and performance of electrical systems.
  • Lead and manage engineering projects from design through to execution.
  • Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international electrical standards and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement electrical safety measures.
  • Supervise inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex electrical systems.
  • Develop maintenance strategies to increase system reliability and lifespan.
  • Provide expert advice and technical support on engineering solutions.
  • Perform technical audits and evaluations.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and project records.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree (BEng or MEng) in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a UGC recognized institution.
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is a definite advantage.
  • Chartered Engineer status through a recognized professional body is essential.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale projects involving electrical system design and implementation.
  • Practical expertise in design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of factory-built assemblies.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and procurement for workshop operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, electrical codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD and MATLAB.
  • Results-driven with keen attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
