HR & Sustainability Executive/Assistant
Location – Dehiattakandiya
We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Support payroll and benefits administration and ensure HR compliance.
- Coordinate employee training, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to planning and implementing sustainability and CSR programs.
- Monitor and report on sustainability metrics and employee welfare activities.
- Help promote and embed sustainable practices across departments.
- Organize internal events and awareness campaigns related to HR and sustainability.
- Maintain documentation and assist in reporting to management and external stakeholders.
Individual Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Human Resources, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, CSR, or sustainability functions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR policies and sustainability frameworks is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools preferred.
