We are looking for a qualified and experienced
KITCHEN STEWARDING SUPERVISOR
Your main tasks will include being responsible as a Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, and managing the stewarding team. This includes supervising dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining inventory. They also assist the kitchen staff, manage staff schedules, and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.
Your profile
- Previous experience in a hotel steward supervisor role preferred.
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Candidate should be between 30 and 45 years of age.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details.
