Position Overview:
Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the resort’s Pools and delivering a high standard of comfort for guests. This role primarily focuses on housekeeping duties, ensuring that each Pool is impeccably prepared and maintained. The Pool Attendant ensures that all guest requests related to the pool are promptly fulfilled, contributing to a luxurious and relaxing stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and maintain assigned pools and ensuring all pools are in perfect condition.
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken appliances or plumbing problems) to the maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain a discreet, professional demeanor.
- Work with other departments (e.g., front office, maintenance) to meet guest needs.
- Inspect pools to ensure they meet the resort's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently without disrupting the guests’ experience, ensuring minimal disturbance while completing tasks.
