Position: Assistant Sales Manager (Male/Female)
Location: Colombo 05
Nikoba Auto Trading (Pvt) Ltd, established in 2023, is rapidly emerging as a trusted name in Sri Lanka’s automobile industry. We specialize in directly importing high-quality vehicles from Japanese car auctions. As we expand, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our energetic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote vehicle sales and guide customers throughout the purchasing journey
- Engage in social media promotions and advertising campaigns
- Educate clients on importing vehicles from Japanese auctions via www.nikoba.com
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with exceptional service
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth initiatives
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments for smooth operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Male or Female candidates with a passion for sales
- Prior experience in vehicle sales or marketing is a definite advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Age below 35 years preferred
- Knowledge of Japanese car auctions and ability to present listings via our platform is a plus
- A team player with the ability to work independently
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: Rs. 75,000/-
- + Attractive Sales Commissions
