Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of GCE O/L & A/L Examinations.
  • Proficiency in communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  • Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Availability to effectively manage roster-based working hours, including weekends.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Patience and professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
