TECHNICIAN - AC & REFRIGERATOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including cold rooms, freezers, chillers, and display cupboards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose faults and carry out efficient, high-quality repairs on all types of cooling systems.
- Maintain accurate service records and submit detailed maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and support emergency breakdown repairs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service partners when needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in AC and refrigeration repair and maintenance.
- Technical or vocational qualification in refrigeration, air conditioning, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and HVAC controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving under minimal supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel between branches/locations.
