Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all finishing process targets are met efficiently in line with various shipment schedules to achieve 100% On Time Delivery (OTD)
- Possess in-depth knowledge of fabric types, packing methods, ironing techniques, and appropriate temperature settings
- Follow and enforce safety and security procedures across the department
- Monitor and follow up on the monthly shipment plan to ensure timely dispatch.
- Manage the finishing process with minimum Work-In-Progress (WIP) while maintaining high packing efficiency and proper wash garment
- Ensure adherence to cut-to-ship and order-to-ship targets while eliminating packing violations
- Actively monitor and take steps to reduce absenteeism and labor turnover
Person Specifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field from an accredited university/professional institution
- Minimum 05 - 07 years’ relevant work experience in an Apparel manufacturing environment
- Ability to handle ambiguity and stressful situations with control and flexibility
- Strategic thinking, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Willingness to perform additional duties as needed
