Asst. Manager / Snr. Engineer

You will be responsible for

  • Ensuring the production and activities comply with established company and manufacturing standards, engineering principles, customer requirements and related specifications.
  • Meeting the given production target and achieving the plan to deliver the goods on time.
  • Ensuring the production is done as per the Visual Aid File (VAF).
  • Setting up and managing the team in the Department. Create clear career paths for team members and ensure staff is trained, ensuring employees follow policies and procedures, maintain a healthy and safe working environment, and make hiring and disciplinary decisions or recommendations. Perform regular performance evaluations and share and seek feedback.
  • Monitors and evaluates the quality, responsiveness, efficiency, and effectiveness of employees within the Department.
  • WIP inventory accuracy is on the required level to reach the target in the Operational/Production.
  • Managing and maintaining KPIs given by the management.
  • Improving the quality of the product by identifying root causes and taking appropriate corrective actions.
  • Responsible for installation, validation, and calibration of the equipment for any requirements.
  • Monitoring and adequately controlling ECN & NPI products to meet the customer requirements.
  • Minimizing machine breakdown and malfunctioning by doing preventive maintenance on time, coordinating with engineering.

Your prime function will be

  • To plan, organize, and co-ordinate the production activities within the Department according to the given priority from the customers/management and adhere to the Company rules & Regulations within the shortest possible time.

Qualifications needed for the role

  • BSc degree or diploma in electronic/electrical/Production engineering from a recognized university with more than 5 years' experience in the relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and equipment.
