Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management (Pvt) Ltd. in partnership with William Angliss Institute (RTO No: 3045), Australia, is Sri Lanka’s largest specialized training center for Hospitality, Foods, Events, and Tourism. We are located within the SLIIT Main Campus in Malabe, Sri Lanka.

JOB PROFILE

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Provide information on courses and enrollment procedures.
  • Assist prospective students and parents with inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to enhance student experience.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  • Should have passed the GCE O/L with 5 Credits including a Credit pass in English.
  • Prior experience in an educational setting would be an added advantage.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Previous experience in Call Center/Customer Services would be an added advantage.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Age below 25.
  • Be a team player with a positive and tolerant attitude.
