Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management (Pvt) Ltd. in partnership with William Angliss Institute (RTO No: 3045), Australia, is Sri Lanka’s largest specialized training center for Hospitality, Foods, Events, and Tourism. We are located within the SLIIT Main Campus in Malabe, Sri Lanka.
JOB PROFILE
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide information on courses and enrollment procedures.
- Assist prospective students and parents with inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Delivering excellent customer service to enhance student experience.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is a must.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Should have passed the GCE O/L with 5 Credits including a Credit pass in English.
- Prior experience in an educational setting would be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Previous experience in Call Center/Customer Services would be an added advantage.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Age below 25.
- Be a team player with a positive and tolerant attitude.
