Lead HR/ Assistant Manager HR/ HR Specialist

Location: Sri Lanka (Work in US hours)

Schedule: Follows the US holiday calendar

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitments, payroll handling, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office packages.
