WE ARE HIRING
TRAVEL ASSISTANT- INBOUND
JOB COMPETENCIES:
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in inbound travel (an added advantage)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- General knowledge of local attractions and tourist destinations
- Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in preparing itineraries
- Supports booking travel arrangements
- Coordinates with external travel agencies
- Follows up with hotels, transport, and service providers for quotes and updates
- Assists with special projects as assigned
