Pre-Sales Engineer
Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Carry out product demonstrations and answer technical questions.
- Provide technical support during the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Network Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of networking and enterprise solutions.
