Receptionist cum PRO
- Minimum of 01 year previous experience in a reputed institution
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Sound knowledge in computer literacy & telephone etiquette
- Welcoming and directing patients appropriately
- Should have a pleasing personality with strong customer care skills
- Willingness to work long hours according to the requirement
Call Center Operator
- Should have excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Tamil language would be an added distinct advantage.
- Previous experience in Call Center / Customer Services will be an added advantage.
- Should have passed GCE Advanced Level or GCE Ordinary level examinations.
- Be a team player with a positive and tolerant attitude.
