We are a leading private enterprise committed to sustainable agriculture, operating a thriving organic farm in the lush highlands of Agarapathana. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven candidate to support the day-to-day operations of our farm.
Assistant Farm Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and coordinate daily activities related to organic vegetable cultivation and greenhouse operations
- Support the management of animal husbandry practices, ensuring animal welfare and productivity
- Supervise farm labor and ensure adherence to sustainable farming methods
- Handle marketing and sales of farm products to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain farm infrastructure, equipment, and supplies efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organic farming standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Agriculture/Animal Science, or equivalent
- Must have 2 years of experience in farming.
- Experience in growing using organic and traditional agricultural principles
- Must have a passion for nature and nature-based agriculture.
- Must be willing to work and reside on the farm property.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Males below 30 years of age are encouraged to apply.
