Customer Care Officer

Responsibilities

  • Support the customer complaints function by handling the complaints hotline, maintaining reports and following up with relevant departments.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks of the Directors’ Office.

Requirements

  • G.C.E A/L
  • Very fluent in written and spoken English
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in the Tamil language is an added advantage
