Customer Care Officer
Responsibilities
- Support the customer complaints function by handling the complaints hotline, maintaining reports and following up with relevant departments.
- Handle routine administrative tasks of the Directors’ Office.
Requirements
- G.C.E A/L
- Very fluent in written and spoken English
- Thorough knowledge of Excel and Word
- Proficiency in the Tamil language is an added advantage
