MERCHANDISER - DEVELOPMENT
The Job:
- As a Merchandiser – Development (Intimate Cluster), you will manage the full product development cycle for intimate apparel, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes through close coordination with buyers, sourcing, and production teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product development for intimates from concept to pre-production.
- Coordinate with buyers, design, and production to meet brand standards.
- Source materials efficiently and manage timelines.
- Handle sample approvals and maintain strong client communication.
- Stay updated on market trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Textile & Apparel, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchandising/product development, preferably in intimate apparel.
- Strong knowledge of product development cycles, technical specifications, and fabric/trims sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
