Location: Remote (with flexible working hours)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, on-call until 22:00 UK time plus 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

SMEBizness (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a reliable and organised Task Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that tasks and projects are moving forward as planned. You will stay in touch with department heads and staff to get updates on tasks and report progress. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HoDs) to ensure tasks and projects are on track and deadlines are met.
- Follow up with staff to get updates on tasks and report progress to HoDs regularly.
- Update project management tools with task statuses, deadlines, and any issues.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to keep projects moving forward and resolve any delays or problems.
- Provide regular progress reports to HoDs and assist with any additional tasks as needed.

- Strong organisational and time management skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Clear communication: Keep staff and HoDs updated on progress and issues.
- Attention to detail: Report updates accurately and ensure quality work.
- Self-motivated and adaptable: Able to work independently and adjust to flexible hours and remote work.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with email, Office tools, and project management apps.
