WELDER / MECHANIC
NVQ L-3 qualified, 1-2-year experience. The selected candidate should be able to:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in plant equipment and systems.
- Fabricate and assemble mechanical components using a variety of welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Arc).
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical schematics.
- Operate welding equipment to perform structural and precision welds in multiple positions.
- Conduct inspections to ensure welds and fabricated assemblies meet quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and structural repairs on machinery and infrastructure using welding and mechanical tools.
- Replace, upgrade, or modify worn or defective mechanical parts.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of equipment using appropriate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations and ensure a clean, hazard-free work area.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and supervisors to ensure efficient task execution and minimal downtime.
Salary – Negotiable and based on the experience and skills.
