KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and new hire orientations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in identifying training needs and organize relevant employee training and development programs
- Support payroll activities and maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare and maintain HR reports related to recruitment, turnover, performance, and training
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance organizational performance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
